Job Description
As a Digital Production Coordinator, your role will involve learning and assisting in the deployment of new content and vehicles across various digital platforms such as Toyota.com, Toyota Owners, and other properties within the Toyota sphere. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and support your teammates with day-to-day tasks.
Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate documentation for estimates, production workflows, and agency processes. This includes contributing to the organization and efficiency of project-related information.
This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in digital production while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in weekly maintenance and deployment activities.
- Creating and managing estimates for multiple projects.
- Creating, compiling, and maintaining project and department documentation.
- Keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate experience should include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams).
- Passion for learning about the business of advertising.
- A technical orientation: love and comfort with tech, including consumer websites, website development, user interfaces, mobile and video game devices.
- Ability to keep production department team leads constantly informed on the progress of all project initiatives.
- Familiarity with web page construction.
- Understanding of the differences between iOS, Android, and common mobile devices and platforms.
- Excellent note taking and timely follow-up.
- Able to work well with others in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership and responsibility for their assigned work.
- Previous agency experience working on automotive clients is a plus.

A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, with good judgment, excellent computer skills, and an outgoing personality. Having a college degree is preferred. A fascination with digital marketing is required and a passion for cars and the automotive market is desirable. Previous agency experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
