Repair Technician

Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.</p> <p>Person in this role repairs and tests mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, works from drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written or oral instructions to understand and perform repair and / or test activity, ensures work meets established technical, product and quality requirements.</p><p><strong>Responsibilties:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides Repair Technician support and product repair for assigned mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.</li><li>Identifies, isolates and corrects malfunctions on assigned products through the practical application of acquired technologies and skills.</li><li>Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned products in conjunction with refurbishment activities.</li><li>Generates and maintains required test reports, logs, documentation and test equipment.</li><li>Reports recurring quality problems to appropriate individuals or groups.</li><li>Enhances working knowledge of the total product line and associated test diagnostics and procedures.</li><li>Uses precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to measure component parts and assist with repair, refurbishment and related activity.</li></ul> <ul><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as Repair Technician.</li><li><u>Previous soldering experience is required for this position.</u></li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluent Polish and/or English.</li><li>Experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.</li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-AO2 #LI-Hybrid</p> <p></p> <p><i><span>Why should you join Diebold Nixdorf?</span></i><span></span></p> <p><i><span>Brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation  The people of Diebold Nixdorf are 23,000+ teammates of diverse talents and expertise in more than 130 countries, harnessing future technologies to deliver personalized, secure consumer experiences that connect people to commerce.
