Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll spearhead our digital presence during a crucial launch phase and beyond. Craft compelling content, build a vibrant online community, and shape the voice of our brand across various platforms. You’ll have the unique opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking, translating complex property investment concepts into engaging social media narratives. This role offers significant growth potential as you help scale our online presence and contribute to the success of our AI-driven property matching platform.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage captivating content across multiple social media platforms
  • Foster an engaged online community through proactive interaction and relationship building
  • Execute social media outreach strategies to generate quality leads
  • Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos to enhance social media posts
  • Collaborate with leadership to align social content with brand messaging and strategy
  • Manage and grow the company’s online community hosted on our website
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management and community engagement
  • Stay updated on real estate industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in social media management and community engagement
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work within Australian business hours (GMT+10)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required)
  • Passion for technology and its application in real estate
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to learn and grow with a rapidly evolving startup
