We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pediatric LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional care during night shifts for our young clients. At Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, we believe in making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

Location: Williamsville, Mo

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising the client’s plan of care.
• Provide nursing care as directed by the physician and the care plan.
• Monitor, record, and report any changes in the client’s condition.
• Educate clients and families on care needs and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic records.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
