In your role as Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead the development and support of safety platforms (adjudication and potential complaint handling) for clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You will partner with business leaders to drive efficiency through data-driven strategies and define system requirements for enhancements. Your key responsibilities will include support of existing Safety platforms, data trend analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement recommendations.

CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical safety, and regulatory, to elicit and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze and model processes related to product safety management, including adverse event reporting, risk evaluation, and safety adjudication.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications for application development teams.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, EUMDR and ICH guidelines.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and compliance in safety processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement review sessions as per the standard business analysis methodology.
- Support the design and testing of applications to ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.
- Monitor and assess industry trends to identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.
- Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems.
- Additional Skills: Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Communication.
- Technology: Understanding systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience
