What you’ll do

Communicate with lenders, sales team, construction team, appraisers and home buyers
Schedule New Homeowner Orientation appointment and Closing Date; formally coordinate overall closing schedule with all interested parties
Attend weekly Backlog meetings with Leadership to provide loan updates accordingly
Maintain JDE system with regular buyer updates on closing status
Generate sales price validations for lender and title to confirm final sales price and applicable seller closing incentive, as well as confirming all booked/received EMD payments
Review and approve all HUD/CD’s
Coordinate all required documentation for any Home Inspection requests and schedule accordingly
Review and rebuttal any low value appraisals; research closed comps both internal and via MLS
Prepare and submit any applicable check requests for leadership approval and processing

What you bring

Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in Coordinator/Administrative role in related industry (Title, Mortgage, Construction)
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
General understanding of new home construction components and assembly
Experience with JDE software is a huge (+)
Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with people
Strong knowledge of closing process for the homebuilding industry
Motivated self-starter, eager to take initiative and able to drive a process to completion
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Bonus points

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
