Business Support Analyst

• Perform analysis of existing business process flows of transaction and processing in and out of application.
• Recommend system interfaces to handle requirements.

• Update Technical Team on requirements.

   -Advise Technical contacts, email, and phone numbers

   -Provide Master Data information

   -Identify any 'special requirements'

   -Advise priority status

• Assist in system testing for approval to implement.

Perform detailed testing and review.

• Provide business process flow for training of CSR
• Ensure integrity of EDI-B2B data in and out the system

Ensure system processing is OK.

Ensure detailed testing is performed.

ON-GOING

• Monitor initial implementation of new Trading Partner
• Monitor IDOC daily processing
