Position Summary
Hydromax USA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our field operations team. This is an on-site position that requires daily reporting to the office and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently on a computer, with a focus on data entry, compliance tracking, and report generation using Microsoft Excel.
This role is highly manual and task-driven, requiring someone who is patient, analytical, and able to stay organized while performing repetitive but essential administrative tasks. Prior knowledge of leak surveys is helpful, though not required.

Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:

Enter and manage operational data related to surveys and compliance.

Document and close out completed leak surveys in the system.

Generate and pull reports on Leaks, Areas of Concern (AOCs), and other data points as needed.

Track project schedules, monitor deadlines, and ensure task completion.

Check map facets for accuracy and ensure proper documentation.

Support field operations by maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to stay focused and accurate in a repetitive, manual work environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend the context of the data being entered.

Reliable and punctual with strong time-management abilities.

Some business experience or exposure to operational environments preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with leak surveys or utility compliance tracking (not required).

Experience working in a utilities, infrastructure, or field services environment.
