About the role:

Processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.

Location: on-site, Milwaukee

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Position Offers: $18 per hour.

About the team: A team of employees will work together to process numerous customers with varying deadlines throughout the day consisting of document imaging, data entry, decisioning exception items and preparing outgoing mail packages.

What you will be doing:

• Prepares customer payments for processing.

• Document Imaging

• Data Entry

• Decision exception items.

• Troubleshooting

• Prepares outgoing customer mail.

• Other related duties assigned as needed
