Bilingual Ortho & Dental Treatment Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Ortho & Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and a second language, proficient in orthodontic and dental terminology, and possess excellent communication skills. This individual will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, educating patients on dental procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience and assist with obtaining patient records for evaluations.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting
- Knowledge of dental and orthodontic procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities:**
- Communicate with patients in person, over the phone, and via email to schedule appointments and explain treatment plans
- Coordinate patient care by working closely with the orthodontist, dentist, and other team members
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and inventory management
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
