JOB SUMMARY 

As a Director of Marketing at Silvaco, you will collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, develop supporting collaterals, promote solutions across various channels and drive lead generation activities to drive new customer adoptions for our full line of EDA, TCAD, and IP products 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to: 

• Work in a matrix organization with R&D and Sales to define and execute go-to-market plans for EDA, TCAD and IP product lines to drive business growth 
• Develop messaging and positioning for our products 
• Collaborate closely with product groups to develop promotional content, including customer facing presentations, press releases, blogs, white papers, promotional videos, web content and webinars. 
• Support product groups to develop and execute on business plans 
• Develop marketing campaigns across social media channels to drive awareness, web traffic and lead generation 
• Develop segment specific campaigns to drive lead generation and support sales revenue targets 
• Coordinate company’s participation in worldwide conferences and events 
• Conduct customer interviews to capture content for case studies and video testimonials 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields with 8+ years’ experience in technical marketing. (EDA, IP & semiconductor industry preferred) 
• Proven track record working with partners and exceptional ability to establish relationships at any level 
• Ability to interact with management  
• Able to solve a wide-range of difficult problems in imaginative and creative ways, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies 
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills and an unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism. 
• Self-starter and strong closer with multitasking ability. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including operations such as v-lookup, functions, pivot tables, etc.) 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Prolonged periods of sitting. 
• Prolonged periods of typing 
• Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers. 
• Ability to lift (up) to 15 pounds at times.
