The Administrative Supervisor oversees the administrative activities and supports the day-to-day operations for UBA's Health Home Program. This involves supervising support staff, developing workflows, monitoring administrative tasks and overseeing all administrative policies and procedures for the department. Liaise between hospital-based departments that support the offsite location (Facilities, IT, HR, Vendors, Safety & Security, Finance, Purchasing, etc..). Also responsible for onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel files and ensuring department personnel are up to date on HR requirements and time keeping. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, competent with technology and able to use online databases and maintain excel spreadsheets. Bachelor's Degree required. Bilingual preferred.
