Join our HRBP organization as Human Resource Business Partner and partner with a group of senior leaders and their organizations providing strategic support and helping lead Roblox's unique approach to leadership, people development, and organizational design.

Role is based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters #LI-Hybrid (we are in-office Tuesday-Thursday)

You Will:

• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client organizations
• Work with people leaders across the company to understand and conceptualize their specific business, organizational and employee goals
• Partner with our Center of Excellence teams to provide insights and delivery of programs to your partners.
• Plan and improve the effectiveness of programs set by the People team.
• Be an owner for the organizational and cultural health of your client groups and the effectiveness of its leadership teams
• Partner with main organizational leaders
• Report to Sr Director, HRBP and is part of the people team

You have:

• 6+ years of experience as an HRBP; minimum 2 years supporting Engineering teams
• Team player mentality and comfortable collaborating across the company.
• You get energized by engaging with people, helping them grow and seeing them succeed.
• Take responsibility for outcomes mindset and look to solve not just identify problems
• You have high Emotional intelligence, open to changes while balancing your advisor role to help your clients
• Build trusting and open partnerships with leaders and people across an organization.
• You can consult (listen, understand, influence) with people at all levels (including senior leadership) in a principled and quantitative approach.
• You can use data and analytics to solve problems or substantiate your suggestions.
• Broad knowledge and hands-on experience with organizational design

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.Annual Salary Range$231,250—$260,120 USD
