OUR ROLE

Are you a driven and passionate sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and represent the renowned Fiskars brand in Denmark.

This position is based in Fyn or southern part of Jylland, so you live in or in very close proximity of the district area and requires travelling 3-4 days per week. You will report to our Sales Director and work closely with our Local commercial team in Denmark.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the designated territory

- Actively seek out and engage with our customers to drive sales growth

- Present and promote Fiskars products to retailers, distributors, and end-users

- Provide product knowledge and training to customers to ensure the optimal use and understanding of Fiskars products

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

- Proven experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably in the DIY/ consumer goods industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach to sales

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluent in Danish and English is mandatory
