What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of personal trainers and foster a high-energy, team-first culture.
• Drive Results: Take charge of all Personal Training sales in the club—your leadership will fuel our success.
• Grow the Program: Partner with club management to elevate the PT experience, from systems to service.
• Train When It Counts: Lead by example through one-on-one sessions when needed.
• Assess & Strategize: Meet with new and current members to understand their goals, build custom fitness plans, and help them crush their targets.
• Be a Guide: Help new members feel at home by walking them through our onboarding process and helping them map out their fitness journey.
• Program with Purpose: Design workouts that challenge and motivate—tailored to the unique needs of each client.

What We’re Looking For

• Current National Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certs)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Confident communicator with flexible coaching styles to meet members where they are
• 2-5 Years of Sales Experience

  Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
