Position Summary...
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and systems that power our revenue-generating teams. This role is critical in enabling the sales organization to meet supplier and partner requirements efficiently while driving productivity, compliance, and data integrity. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Commercial organization, Engineering, Product, Learning & Development, and Sales Strategy & Enablement to deliver impactful systems and ensure their long-term success.About Data Ventures

What you'll do...
· Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, go-live readiness, and change management
· Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product to ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with business priorities
· Lead cross-functional project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and mitigation plans effectively
· Own the intake and prioritization process for system issues; manage resolution timelines and stakeholder communication
· Create and deliver clear, comprehensive documentation and training materials for tool users
· Assess current sales technology tools and processes to recommend improvements that support business objectives and compliance
What you’ll bring:
· 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
· Strong understanding of sales processes and tools, especially in the opportunity-to-close cycle
· Experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
· Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive process improvements
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to resolve challenges and align teams
· Experience in the retail industry or understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle
