You will be responsible for assessing and driving the implementation and the continuous update of the Company’s martech stack. You will be deeply involved in the marketing operations in order to identify the technical solutions to be implemented for supporting the marketing strategy. </p><p>Namely you will: </p><ul> <li>Continuously interact with the Marketing team to identify business needs and tech solutions to facilitate the company strategy;</li> <li>Coordinate with the Tech and Data teams to ensure alignment between Martech needs and the general Company’s tech ecosystem;</li> <li>Analyse, evaluate and choose the best Martech solutions to be implemented according to the business needs;</li> <li>Coordinate the tech developments related to the Martech stack, acting as a Project Manager, involving and managing all the necessary internal resources and external contractors or vendors when needed;</li> <li>Ensure maintenance and continuous evolution of the existing Martech stack.</li> </ul><p><strong>What we need </strong><br/>We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Satispay’s project. If you're looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you!</p><p>You have:</p><ul> <li>6+ years of experience in the Martech field, managing cross-functional complex projects;</li> <li>Working knowledge and experience in implementing Web/Mobile/Product Analytics softwares (ex. GA4, Appsflyer, AdJust, Amplitude, Mixpanel);</li> <li>Working knowledge of CRM systems;</li> <li>Deep understanding of data modelling and experience in complex data analysis;</li> <li>Hands-on expertise in software development;</li> <li>Developed business and marketing acumen, together with a deep understanding of Tech teams processes;</li> <li>Consolidated project management skills.</li> </ul><p>Previous experience in fast growing tech Companies is considered a plus.</p><p>You are: </p><ul> <li>An excellent communicator and relationship builder;</li> <li>Strongly able to prioritise and structure processes;</li> <li>Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team;</li> <li>A team player in any situation;</li> <li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken). </li> </ul><p>Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.</p><p><strong>Logistic &amp; Salary</strong><br/>The role is based in Milan.</p><p>We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.<br/>Stock options plan available.</p><p><strong>The selection process</strong><br/>Once we receive your CV, we will take time to evaluate it carefully.
