For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and support the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.
This is a hybrid role and we are able to consider candidates who are based in San Diego, CA or Washington DC.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Establish and manage content management tool to ensure accessibility of program artifacts and foster enhanced collaboration and productivity amongst team members
  • Update the authoritative system consolidation list with data extracted from the ITSM tool 
  • Maintain the stakeholder register and POC contact data
  • Request, gather, compile, and manage supporting documentation (SOPs, overview briefs, performance metrics, etc.) requests from each program office/help desk
  • Manage the program calendar to coordinate engagements, develop focused agendas and meeting materials to optimize productivity and streamline discussions, and capture meeting discussions and action items to track deadlines and facilitate their timely completion
  • Provide support to document risks in the risk register and identify mitigation strategies
  • Produce and maintain briefs to relay program progress, success, and concerns; executive-level reports to keep executive leadership abreast of critical items; program documentation to capture essential program information in an authoritative source
  • Develop and maintain the program’s communication strategy, implement the strategy to optimize change management, and collaborate with the organization’s communication team as needed
  • Craft communication artifacts to foster understanding of the solution and its capabilities
  • Support the Service Owner and team in other capacities as assigned and discussed

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with Navy experience preferred
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
