Job Summary

Coordinates and supports projects and initiatives in direct line with the System. Develops and edits PowerPoint presentations and maintains state-wide contact management database. Oversees overall office operations and performs other duties as assigned.



Essential Functions

  • Composes, revises and edits a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations and informational materials Plans, tracks, and maintains documentation of project plans.
  • Coordinates proposals for new clients.
  • Plans, tracks, and maintains documentation of project plans
  • Develops and edits PowerPoint presentations.
  • Designs, develops and maintains a specialized tracking process for all clients.
  • Provides departmental administration services.

Physical Requirements
Work occurs in a complex office environment which may require extended periods of sitting at a computer.



Education, Experience and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5 years experience in fast paced healthcare office environment required. Marketing and writing experience preferred. Experience working with printers and designerspreferred.

Pay Range

$22.50 - $33.75
