Together let's commit!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Business Analysist will be in contact with the final users which are Traders, Middle Office and Back Office.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project life cycle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget.</li><li>Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.</li><li>Previously have worked in a Front office or Middle/Back Office or Risk Management areas.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Commodity products (NDF, Options).</li><li>Extensive experience working with Murex.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support the authoring of business documents and presentations, running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders.</li><li>Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.</li><li>A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the Business Analyst within it.</li><li>Experience in the integration of products and events in Murex or other MO/BO systems, having a solid understating end to end of the product management.</li><li>An ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.</li><li>Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.</li><li>Collaborate and help define the technical requirements considering design and manage testing cycles.</li><li>5+ years working in Financial Services/Banking.</li><li>Expertise in SQL databases and also Murex database architecture.</li><li>Spanish knowledge (Optional) </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What do we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time contract.</li><li>Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home. </li><li>Training and career development.</li><li>Benefits and perks such as private medical insurance, life insurance, lunch and travel cards as part of the flexible remuneration package.</li><li>Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.</li><li><strong>Hibrid position based in Warsaw, Poland. Realocation is mandatory.</strong></li><li>Possibility to manage work-permits.</li></ul><p><strong>If you are passionate about development &amp; tech, we want to meet you!</strong></p>
