This position will assist the customer service and service operations organizations to manage the business and to strategically make sound decisions based on solid analysis of data and provide insight regarding interpretation of data and trends. This role will proactively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting and analysis on business performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions.
Your role:
- Assist customer service and operations organizations in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Perform forward-looking ad-hoc analyses including project and strategy evaluation, scenario analysis, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic policies, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Communicate and present status updates to leadership in a timely manner.
- Continually search for opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in cross-functional improvement projects within the Customer Experience organization.
You’re the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred, with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to digest complex information, identify trends, and translate them into actions.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas and PivotTables), with SQL knowledge being a plus.
- Proven success in cross-organizational teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities and financial and analytical skills. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
