As a Product Owner you will originate and build data-driven algorithmic products. This is an entrepreneurial and global role in an innovative international team. </span><br/><span> </span><br/><span>  <b>Role &amp; Responsibilities</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Lead assigned analytics product development in prioritised area(s) in RBA</span></span></li><li><span><span>Potential to extend product area when further grow.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Product discovery: identify (data) problems, prioritize idea backlog and design and execute experiments to determine what problems need solving</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work with a squad of Data Scientists and Engineers to discover the potential of a product idea, the user problem and validate and prototype  </span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage data-driven products so that they generate significant value for ING and its customers</span></span></li><li><span><span>Create value propositions, vision and product strategy</span></span></li><li><span><span>Good understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping </span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally</span></span></li><li><span><span>Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods </span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><b>Requirements</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Previous experience leading and <span>delivering analytics</span> use cases and products is a <u>must</u></span></span></li><li><span><span>Previous experience and proven knowledge of working <span>in corresponding</span> area is a plus.</span></span></li><li><span><span>5-7 years of relevant experience </span></span></li><li><span><span>Masters Degree</span></span></li><li><span><span>Written and spoken fluency in English </span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><b>What could your day look like? </b></span></span></p><p><span><span>Any given day will be different, but one of them might look like this: Start off the day with the daily standup with your product squad. Afterwards you work with them planning and defining the upcoming experiments. Next you work with squad members on a few analysis which will be important input for you to prioritize the backlog for upcoming sprint.</span></span></p><p><span><span>In the afternoon, you run/support a workshop with a team that has been thinking about an AI-related idea and help them work it out into a concrete AI challenge. This could be a project for our upcoming period. </span></span></p><p><span><span>This evening you are presenting at an AI Meetup that attracts the best AI minds in the city… or you call it a day and spend some quality private time to keep a healthy balance between focus, rest and other things. </span><br/><span> </span><br/><span><b>About the department?</b>  </span><br/><span>RBA specialises in delivering Analytics and AI products and solutions across the ING retail business. We work together with all retail business units to deliver on the ING retail banking strategy.
