Print Reach, part of the Fullsteam organization, provides SaaS solutions for print and mail shops, covering MIS, e-commerce and Fulfillment.

The DevOps Engineer is a member of our Development team and responsible for the security, operations and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. This team also works with our developers to streamline the release process and maintain development environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. Will eventually do similar work in AWS.
  • Improve on system reliability, performance and monitoring of our Windows Remote Desktop Services environment in Azure.
  • Work with corporate security to improve our security posture through deployment of products, updates, configuration changes and audits.
  • Automation of management and new customer deployment tasks. Lead effort to move to Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Collaborate with development to implement Jenkins CI/CD pipelines of our Windows desktop application.
  • Work with development to roll out SQL Server backend upgrade for Windows desktop application in Azure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of defense-in-depth, least-privileged & secure-by-design principals.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience building solutions for monitoring, logging, security, and scalability of applications on Azure or AWS.
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud or similar AV experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud fundamentals in compute, network, storage, logging & role-based access controls.
  • Windows Server, SQL Server and Azure SQL PaaS administration.
