Salary Range: 91,624– 128,294/year (based on RN management experience; starting pay typically around $100k for new managers).
Shift: Full-Time Days

About the Role:
As the Medical Telemetry Manager, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-acuity, progressive care unit, ensuring patient-centered, quality care.

• Collaborate with your team to implement evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and efficiency.

• Lead initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs effectively.

• Mentor and develop nursing staff through ongoing feedback and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience (CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge RN).

  • 5+ years of total RN experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Licensure: Current RN license (state or compact).

• Certifications:

  • BLS certification required upon hire.

  • ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Unit Details:

• Unit Size: 25 beds.

• Support System: Collaborate with charge nurses, peer managers, and the Director of Acute Care.

• Team Composition: Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs.
