Job purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Sustainability intern! This position will be located in Auburn Hills Michigan at the World Headquarters. Remote applicants can apply with scheduled travel to Auburn Hills. Reporting to the Global Sustainability Manager and supporting the Supply Chain Excellence team, this will be an exciting role to support PHINIA’s global sustainability strategies and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Company’s sustainability strategies, priorities, and external reporting initiatives (e.g. policy reviews, peer benchmarking, research and projects)
Coordinate and collaborate on data collection, documentation and organization for sustainability-related customer and supplier questionnaires and requests, communicating with internal and external users as needed
Supports the collection and internal reporting on progress toward the Company’s global sustainability priorities.

What we’re looking for
Passion for Sustainability
Self-starter that is open to feedback and can identify and implement practical solutions
Experience in sustainability and supply chain is a plus
Possesses analytical tool set and data management methods
High-performing skills within MS Excel and Data Analytics
Bachelor’s degree or currently in junior year or above of Bachelor’s degree
