SAP Global Process Leader - Warehouse and Distribution

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Primarily responsible for representing the business units/functional needs to the project team and vice versa.
• Tactically participate in design, layout, process assessment and system analysis for business and project team.
• Participate in Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions.
• Learn the SAP processes and configuration requirements for the specific area.
• Provide training and overall support to specific "go-live" areas of the Company.
• Implement SAP modules IM, WM, EWM and TM.

 

Qualifications

 

• High School diploma or equivalent along with 8-15 plus years of related experience is required.
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
• Strong WMS background (SAP preferred).
• Understanding of material flows, warehouse/distribution processes and production control concepts.
• Previous SAP Logistic Execution experience a plus.
• Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.
• Experience in writing and presenting is preferred.
• Ability to capture and analyze data.
• Occasional travel is required.
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience a plus.
