Job Summary:

The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic Level 3 is responsible for preventive maintenance of Air Handlers, Walk-in Cold Room and Freezer systems, periodic inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and perform daily checks/repairs in compliance with company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment and will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements to include detailed documentation of work performed in both electronic and written form and will routinely use the TrackWise electronic Quality Management System. Utilize Building Automation System (BAS) for alarm management, troubleshooting and HVAC building controls. Participation in the HVAC On-Call rotation is required.

This position requires full time presence at our Portsmouth, NH location. *Day Shift hours are 6:00 am-6:00pm Wednesdays through Fridays and every other Saturday*. Weekend Differential is available.

Key Accountabilities and Duties:
