Internationaler Trainee (m/f/d) - Sales Engineering, Passenger Cars

Your roles and responsibilities

• You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to you personally
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various sales positions. You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad
• You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - with a focus on the development of future transportation solutions, especially in the aera of New Mobility (Passenger Cars)
• As a member of the trainee community, you will benefit from a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events and build your personal network in the long term
• The focus is on your professional and personal development. Our mentoring, the regular exchange with your contact persons in the functional departments and people development will support you in your long-term success
• You will receive a permanent contract and an attractive salary

Your skills and strengths

• You have an above-average Master’s degree in industrial engineering or engineering (electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology)
• In addition, you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in project management, sales or development
• You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context
• You are business fluent in German and English and ideally speak another foreign language
• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile
