Senior Communication Specialist

As a member of our Corporate Communication team, you will be responsible for the handling of our internal communication, to foster a strong sense of belonging and engagement among our tribe members. Your designer skills will also support the production of a wide range of attractive visual and content that will be leveraged internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal Communication channels
- Global agenda : Plan internal communication and keep global agenda updated, syncing with Marketing and other key stakeholders
- Bulk emails : Translate (sometimes complex) ad hoc topics and news into crisp and clearly articulated emails, both attractive and engaging
- Intranet : Publish corporate news to keep the organization updated on a wide range of topics. Select compelling content from our business units and departments to be featured as top news.
- Digital Signage (TV screens): Create dynamic and appealing content with PowerPoint and video editing softwares. Collect pictures and videos from our collaborators to create customized visual feeds by location
- Create Corporate Content
- Produce and edit ad hoc visuals (with Photoshop, Midjourney, etc.) to address a wide range of needs
- Materialize communication content related to our ESG initiatives (Environmental, Social & Governance), including our annual sustainability report
- Issue quarterly Media Reviews for ELCA’s Executive Board and Board of Directors
- Produce our Annual Company report
- Handle Misc tasks
- Lead special projects linked to internal communication, such as creative sweepstakes, competitions, etc.
- Provide ad hoc support on internal communication channels and related matters
- Reflect Corporate news on external channels (ELCA website and LinkedIn)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, C1 level minimum, both written and oral. German/French proficiency a strong plus
- Academic background in Design, Media studies or Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication or PR,
- Certification/proven track record in Multimedia/Digital production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suit a must-have
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Magic Info (Samsung) and Midjourney a strong plus
