About the role

Save the Children

For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places – over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you’re creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As the Lead Associate New Business Development, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will work with country offices and technical staff to engage with donors and partners to position Save the Children in competitive donor markets. You will support the agency to successfully compete for specific opportunities by leading on the development of cost proposals for less complex opportunities and managing the Business Development (BD) process to produce quality products for submission. This role will also contribute to building and maintaining an effective BD system of tools, processes, and capacities. Through these activities you’ll contribute to the development of a robust portfolio of donor-funded awards that achieve impact for children around the world.
