Implement treatment plans that help clients with reaching goals and symptom management.&nbsp; Help clients to develop independence and enhance quality of life.</em></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong>-&nbsp; HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, health sciences towards an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working in the health and human services field and/or related education or training.</li> <li>We provide ongoing training and development</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Patience and an understanding and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities</li> <li>Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others</li> <li>Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system</li> <li>Must have a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, driving experience ...access to a personal vehicle required at some sites</li> <li>CPR, Firs
