Job Responsibilities:
Product Expertise and Demonstration:
- Define Modern Best Practices & Define Oracle POV
- Evangelize Vision and Goals to market, customer, partners, and sales teams
- define supported solutions & use cases requirements documentation
- define functional backlog against market requirements
- prioritize features and functions and align ROI with BVS
- Aligns with Product Development on future roadmap
- Learn and understand Oracle’s CX suite of products, demonstrating their value to customers.
- Develop and deliver solution messaging, presentations, and demonstrations to customers and prospects, showcasing the value proposition of Oracle’s products and services.
- Explain Oracle’s position in the SaaS space and our approach to AI/ML.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work with sales and cross-functional teams to align on deal strategy and win themes.
- Respond independently to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to continuously improve Oracle’s products and marketing efforts.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct technical discovery meetings to document, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.
- Establish trust with clients and influence key decision makers by demonstrating the business benefits and competitive advantages of Oracle’s solutions.
- Deliver standard, customized, and strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, presentations, architecture workshops, and best practices.
Other:
- Develop best practices for specific industries to create repeatable stories and demonstrations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, SaaS technologies, and best practices.
- Train and mentor new or less experienced sales account managers and solution consultants on standardized processes, systems, and other work tools and resources.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance technical skills.
Career Level - IC4
Required Skillset:
- 5-7 years work experience with a proven record of success in a pre-sales, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.
- Strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in CX related technologies (marketing, sales, and service).
- Strong ability to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations with and composure in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiences.
- A skillset to establish trust with clients, and the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Ability to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations to groups of diverse responsibility (both business and technology) in a variety of settings.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours.
Preferred Background:
- Hands on technical background working with cloud applications
- Client facing background
- Demonstrated understanding of AI, data and analytics
- Customer experience (CX) background - bonus if you have working knowledge sales, service and field service.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
