As the Senior Finance Manager - Supply Chain at Fluence, you will::

• Set up a process to manage cost of product, e.g. actuals analysis, planning estimates, by materials category, by project/order, etc
• Manage budgeting, financial planning and forecasting of supply chain group, including procurement, logistics and manufacturing operations,
• Cash analysis and forecasting
• Manage working capital accounts, i.e. inventory, AR, AP
• Support Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process
• Manage systems and processes development to streamline financial analytics reporting capabilities

What may you bring to Fluence?

• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain Finance roles with a similar focus. Background in industrial manufacturing is required. Energy or energy storage business knowledge is an advantage.
• Capability to manage the financial performance of Supply Chain / Operation group, operating in a high growth environment, on track with budget and other defined goals.
• Experience in managing business of >$1 billion annual revenue is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s, and preferably Master’s, degree(s) with a major in accounting, business administration, finance or equivalent training.
