We are actively seeking top talent to join us in shaping the future of healthcare through AI excellence.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team (known internally as Lead, IT Product Management). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile framework. The Lead Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery of innovative AI and GenAI platforms/solutions. The Lead Product Manager should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing use case needs.

The Lead Product Manager conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products and/or platforms for use across Humana. This individual oversees and manages all phases of the product lifecycle, from design conception to delivery. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Projects could include delivering high-value AI/GenAI use cases or serving as the product manager of AI/GenAI platforms. This associate will need to be delivery-focused, willing to wear multiple hats to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the product lifecycle, from design conception to testing to delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify user requirements and success criteria
Execute the technical product roadmap
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, product owner and business to translate product vision into features and a backlog for the AI solution
Support testing (UAT)
Support pilot and launch planning, as well as identification and tracking of metrics
Ensure that the final product is of high quality, impactful and meets business requirements
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in product management or related function
Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns
Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Experience launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs, at large organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira
2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in healthcare
5+ years of experience in product management or related function
Strategy and/or consulting experience
Experience developing AI platforms at large organizations
