• Design, build and optimize infrastructure and tooling capabilities that provide essential services for monitoring data and privacy.
• Implement and scale optimal solutions to user problems using robust metrics and data visualization.
• Coordinate large cross-functional projects and manage end-to-end from inception through to delivery.
• Ensure comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams.
• Identify, initiate, implement, and scale programs for process improvements, new operational workflows, technological innovations with minimal guidance and support.
• Develop compelling data-backed analysis to provide practical business insights.

Minimum Qualifications

• Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a program-management related occupation.
• OR employer will accept 36 months of experience in job offered or program-management related field.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
• Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:
• 1. Working with technical and business stakeholders, including leadership
• 2. Communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations, and achieving results
• 3. Setting priorities, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly/changing workplace
• 4. Managing program projects of all sizes from start to finish
• 5. Data manipulation tools (SQL)
• 6. G Suite and Platforms
• 7. Programming - Python, R Studio, HTML
• 8. Project Management.
