The Bellingham at West Chester is an independent, personal care, and memory care community surrounded by beautiful East Goshen Park is looking for compassionate Caregivers for all shifts.

We are a vibrant senior living community filled with active welcoming residents and seek team members who love serving seniors. Bellingham at West Chester, managed by LCS, is the winner of multiple JD Power Awards for resident satisfaction and multiple Best Places to Work awards. 

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00 - 11:00pm, or 11:00pm - 7:00am

The successful Caregiver candidate we seek will: 

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. 
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident’s personal laundry as assigned. 
• Assist residents with meal time. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Assist with other daily activities and engage with residents to keep them active

Documents Required:

• C.N.A. license or Direct Care Certification is required 
• High School Diploma or GED
