Job Description Summary

Coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral problems. Oversees patient evaluation and treatment planning, and monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are being effectively treated. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department.

Additional Job Description

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 2-4 years State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
