• Partner with a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Explore emerging technologies/practices with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to with little or no guidance; incorporate these into architectural solution when appropriate.
• Present AI strategies, architectures, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of application systems development experience with AI, machine learning, or data science.
• 4+ years architectural and design experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI architectures and solutions

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
• 5 years of technical or team leadership experience
• 2+ years of experience leading AI projects and teams.
• 2+ years' Cloud architecture or development experiences in IBM Public and Azure
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience building production Agentic solutions, harness engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer
