• Commitment: 40 hours a week
• Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed
• Weekend and Holidays: Some weekend shifts plus 1 major holiday
• Schedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Cardiovascular Diagnostic Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to the patient and provides assistance to the Cardiologist during all phases of Cardiac care.  Performs a variety of technical and administrative duties that relate to the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiology departments.  Works primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations.  All team members of Southeast Georgia Health System will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, Joint Commission requirements, and national patient safety standards.

BACKGROUND:

• Graduate of a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor degree program from a School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years Cath Lab, ICU, or Critical Care (i.e. ED, IMCU, complex tele) experience.
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Must have the American Heart Association ACLS Certification and complete IV Conscious Sedation competencies.
