Are you a proven MEP Sales Executive with experience selling HVAC service contracts, building automation, or energy efficiency solutions? Join FSSI, a trusted leader in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services and part of the nationwide Crete United network.

We’re looking for a results-driven sales leader who thrives on building client relationships and closing deals in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education sectors. If you're a self-starter with strong business acumen, this is your opportunity to take ownership and grow with a rapidly expanding company.

What You’ll Do:

- Sell HVAC & MEP service contracts across NC
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery
- Use Salesforce to track and forecast results

What You’ll Need:

- 5+ years in MEP, HVAC, or building services sales
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a book of business
- Familiarity with building automation, facility maintenance, and energy solutions
- Salesforce experience preferred
