ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role involves providing technical support, system administration, and process optimization for our core SaaS platforms, datamart, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business intelligence initiatives and process improvements across our operations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support business intelligence initiatives through data warehouse development for reporting and analytics.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Aptean RLM ERP system, including integrations with other SaaS platforms.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend system improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
• Coordinate software integration projects, including data migration, IT process automation, and data warehouse system enhancements.
• Manage vendor interactions through the ERP support ticket system, tracking issue resolution and system performance improvements.
• Oversee security and compliance initiatives, including reviewing ERP access controls and data integrity.

Education/Experience:

• 4+ years of experience working with Enterprise ERP systems (Aptean RLM, Sage, SAP, Blue Cherry, or similar), WMS, PIMS. 
• MicroStrategy Software Analyst proficient in developing and optimizing enterprise-level business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy platform. The ideal candidate will have experience designing complex dashboards, writing advanced SQL queries, and creating custom metrics and attributes to transform raw data into actionable insights. Must demonstrate expertise in MicroStrategy's visualization tools, report writing capabilities, and data modeling best practices to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of retail, POS, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, preferably in the fashion and apparel industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (query writing, ETL development, data orchestration, database management), FTP, SFTP, and API integrations.
• Linux system administration, basic command-line navigation (SSH, terminal usage)
• Experience with middleware or cloud-based workflow monitoring tools (Coefficient, Datadog, Zapier, Make)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean)
• Experience using Slack, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Shopify PLUS and Shopify Retail POS platform a plus 
• Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
