About the role

Job Purpose or Objective(s):  Lead the delivery of key HR projects including the planning, executing, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  2. Ability to build roadmaps, define milestones, deliver tactics and measure success through qualitative and quantitative indicators.
  3. Develop project plans and oversee all project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure project deliverables meet quality standard and stakeholder expectations.
  4. Research, evaluate, and analyze HR business needs and processes that have a potential impact on operations and provide strategic recommendations.
  5. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs, ensuring alignment on objectives and ongoing by-in for successful implementation.
  7. Proactively manage project escalations, providing recommendations as necessary.
  8. Apply project methodology and enforce project standards.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience or four (4) years related experience. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to respond under tight deadlines and prioritize deliverables while maintaining quality of work.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Three (3) years of experience in HR and project management, change management or related field.
