This software connects our on-premise call handling solution with our leading edge CommandCentral call handling cloud product. The teams are responsible for end-to-end software development including: design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance. We work in co-located, well balanced scrum teams with a full range of software development experience. We embrace the DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery approach. Tests are automated on multiple levels (UT, box, performance and end-to-end). Several months back we started developing completely new products from an empty code base.<h2><br/>Job Description</h2>Job Description<p>As a Software Engineer on the call handling team in Krakow, you will help us to build new features and enhance our existing software, tools, and help us delight our customers by extending our application capabilities and enhancing the existing technologies we use. You will help design and build new APIs, web services, and microservices while supporting the operations of our cloud-based solution.</p><p></p><p>Back-end: Azure &amp; AWS clouds, Kubernetes/Docker, Java 17, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Quarkus, GitHub, Azure DevOps, ELK Stack + Prometheus/Grafana, Redis, MongoDB, SIP/RTP , Gstreamer, RUST.<br/>Front-end:  Angular15, ngRx, TypeScript, JavaScript, Cypress</p><h2><br/>Basic Requirements</h2><p>What we are expecting from you:</p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience with Java technologies</li><li>Practical knowledge of microservices and REST API</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields</li><li>English language skills allowing for efficient communication with our peers and customers in North America</li><li>Experience as a leader from the technical and organizational point of view. Focus not only on daily activities but ability to look beyond helping to organize work and planning for the team. Engagement in complex tasks and defining, and maintaining architecture for the team. Ability to work without supervision from other members of the team.
