Job Description

KBR is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team! The Senior Recruiter will partner with our corporate functions (IT, Legal, Finance, HR) to bring the best and brightest talent. The Corporate Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and presenting qualified professional candidates in order to fill client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates in response to current, anticipated, and future client requirements.

• Develop good relationships with Corporate leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop a strong candidate database or pipeline in order to respond promptly to client needs.

• Manage end to end recruitment process posting job requisitions to extending verbal offer.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) including: uploading resumes, tracking of interviews, uploading interview feedback, submittals, placements and internal transfers.

• Conduct initial screening interview and reference checks, negotiate salary, coordinate client interviews and work with the client, if applicable, to close deals, and conduct follow-up with the candidate after the decision.

• Coordinate with Human Resources with on-boarding employees and accurately complete and submit all paperwork required for entry of a new employee into the company database.

• Provide ongoing support to an established base of current employees to ensure a high degree of employee retention and to drive continuous employee assignments.

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of successful professional recruiting experience with Corporate roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business discipline or equivalent experience required.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions at a time with limited supervision.

• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

• Experience sourcing all levels of the organization.

• Previous experience with recruiter metrics, internet sourcing skills, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.

• Must have excellent communication skills both in talking with others professionally (on the phone and in-person), and in basic business writing such as letters, job postings, marketing materials, etc.

• Experience sourcing Finance and IT positions, preferred.

• Experience working with Workday, preferred.
