Job Description:

Implementation Lead  (1 UIS, 1 TSS, 1 ECC)

Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following roles:

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead all implementation activities for the Facilities Team under the BNATCS, ensuring alignment with FAA requirements, schedules, and program objectives.

·       Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

·       Coordinate across functional domains (engineering, operations, training, logistics, and support) to ensure seamless integration.

·       Serve as the primary interface with FAA stakeholders on implementation readiness and execution.

·       Oversee change management, training, and communications activities to support adoption.

·       Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and the FAA.

·       Identify issues, risks, and resource gaps; drive resolution and escalate when necessary.

·       Ensure all implementation activities meet FAA safety, compliance, and performance standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project/Program Management, or other related technical fields (or equivalent experience).

·       7-12+ years of experience leading complex program implementations in large, mission-critical environments.

·       Prior experience leading system implementations impacting national airspace or air traffic operations.

·       Demonstrated experience working with FAA systems, programs, or stakeholders.

·       Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale deployments.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Experience with risk management, schedule development, and performance reporting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       PMP or PgMP certification
