Our portfolio of proprietary brands features Marika, Wildfox, Three Dots, and Balance Collection, while a partial list of licensing partners includes Orvis, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Bauer, and Woolrich. </p> <p>With the capacity to produce over 75 million units per year, our mission continues to be making top-quality apparel accessible to everyone at an impressive value and an irresistible price.</p> <p><strong>That's the FAM Brands difference.</strong></p></div><p><strong>SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be an internal SME for assigned categories such as Knits and Wovens (Fabrics, Garments, Sourcing, and Product Knowledge).</li> <li>Owned, private label, and licensed brand product development.</li> <li>Collaborate cross functionally with merchandising, planning, design, and technical design to achieve best product results from all angles of the business.</li> <li>Recommend new ideas and methods for construction and execution.</li> <li>Anticipate and proactively tackle potential raw material, margin, sourcing, and execution issues.</li> <li>Assist negotiations, product development, adoption, sourcing, vendor allocation and production processes across multiple market and product development vendors.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in product development in the apparel industry.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, textile sourcing, and product development.</li> <li>Familiarity with product development software such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="59" data-end="77">LOCATION</strong><br data-start="77" data-end="80">This is a full-time, onsite position based at our current corporate office in Bell, CA <strong data-start="170" data-end="209">5553-B Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201</strong>.<strong data-start="170" data-end=&qu
