$70,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Manager. In this role, you will oversee a team of Commercial Lending Specialists, providing day-to-day support, training and coaching. You will ensure the accurate and efficient management of commercial loan portfolios, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective team leadership.

​Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for department staff, including performance management, monthly coaching, and training to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
• Manage daily operations of the commercial real estate portfolio, including payment processing, GL balancing, and monthly reconciliations
• Drive strategy, development, and execution of initiatives within the Central Lending Operations team
• Identify and implement process improvements aligned with bank and departmental goals
• Lead the wire processing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Build and develop a team focused on commercial real estate loan servicing.
• Review and approve wire transactions as needed
• Oversee accurate and timely commercial loan onboarding, funding, term updates, and construction draws

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with commercial real estate lending
