JOB SUMMARY
Works under limited supervision to provide project management support to the Health System under the direction of Quality & Operational Excellence leadership. Candidate should have led or co-led a project using PM skills, competencies, or concepts.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management Science, Engineering, Nursing, Social Sciences, or similar degree
- Experience
3 years of relevant experience.
Advanced degree or certification(s) may be used in lieu of years of experience.
Preferred
- Education
Master's Degree in a related field or prior internship/fellowship experience in a healthcare setting
JOB DUTIES
- Leads projects utilizing project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. Responsible for project management duties, which require basic understanding of, and adherence to principles` of project management; may perform project tasks as required by the project plan.
- Develop project plans and associated communications documents; communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Responsible for development and documenting of project risks, issues, assumptions, and scope. Identifies and proposes project resourcing and keeps stakeholders updated with status reports.
- Responsible for performing and communicating current state assessment and document business case, workflows, and projected business results for strategic initiatives. Responsible for planning and developing future phases of project expansion.
- Monitor resources and scope adherence of major initiatives and escalate any variances to Health System Leadership. Work with Health System Leadership to develop solutions to issues.
- Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders; delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team in collaboration with manager; identify & manage project dependencies & critical paths.
