Full Time Dental Billing and Treatment Coordinator Schedule
Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 6:45am - 4:00pm
Thursday 6:45am - 2:00pm (no lunch)
1 Friday per Month 6:45am - 1:00pm (no lunch)

Responsibilities
- Billing to insurance companies
- Treatment planning and presentation to patients
- Front Desk responsibilties including checking patients in, out, answering phones, scheduling and all additional tasks as required
- Account Receivables (A/R) - insurance and patient
- Accurately post insurance payments to patient accounts
- Ensure balanced deposits
- Send balance letters to patients
- Coordinate patient payment arrangements
- Notify collections agencies of delinquent accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Extensive Experience in Dentistry Billing, Treatment Planning/Presentations, Case Acceptance, Building Productive & Efficient Provider Schedules, Insurance Billing/Posting, managing New Patient Leads
- Experience with all Dental Front Desk responsibilities
- Experience with practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
- Understanding of dental terminology and applicable dental codes
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
