Your deep expertise in image sensor technology, product design, and leadership skills will be crucial in developing our products and achieving our ambitious goals.</p> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translating marketing and customer requirements into comprehensive device and system-level specification</li> <li>Liaise with customers to ensure our deliverables meet or exceed specification and expectation</li> <li>Full ownership of the product design, verification, and validation</li> <li>Revising and updating the existing products</li> <li>Developing the next generation of products</li> <li>Managing multi-disciplinary design engineering teams</li> <li>Management of 3rd party design services for our product designs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience (10+ years) in image sensor product design, with a deep understanding of the design, development, and manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of image sensor architecture, signal processing, and characterization.</li> <li>Strong technical leadership and guidance to the design engineering team, overseeing all aspects of image sensor product development flow: Marketing and Product requirements, Pixel KPI, Design Architecture, Design Verification and Validation.</li> <li>Hands on design experience with bring-up of leading image sensor product and bring-up.</li> <li>Drive research and development activities related to image sensor technology. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our product offerings.</li> <li>Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
